Behavioral diversity

About Me

I am an evolutionary ecologist interested in the mechanisms generating and maintaining behavioral diversity. Because the signals animals use to communicate are among the first elements of organismal phenotype to respond to changing selection pressures, and because communication is a dynamic, behavioral process, much of my work addressing evolutionary questions of behavioral diversity are framed through the lens of animal signals.
